Beginning Rug Hooking:

Rug Hooking is an easy art to learn & enjoy! Learn to create beautiful, functional, heirloom rugs and items for your home like those you've seen in the magazines.

Invisible Machine Applique:

If you like the look of hand applique - but don't enjoy doing it by hand, Linda will show you a method using mono-filament thread to get the "hand-Applique" look - that's all done on the machine.

Beginning Machine Quilting:

Learn the ins and outs of beginning machine quilting in this fun and informative class. By class end, you'll be wondering what took you so long to decide to give machine quilting a try. Give those wall hangings and small quilts you left in quilt limbo a chance to see the light of day.

Free Motion Machine Quilting:

If you've mastered the beginning level of machine quilting and would like to take your quilting to the next level, this is the class for you. The class will include practice with more free motion designs and an in-depth discussion on choosing the appropriate design for your quilt top.

Beginning Hand Applique:

Skill Level: Beginner       Cost: $45.00

So you looked at, admired and thought about learning hand applique, but kept putting it off. Now is the time to come, jump in and get started! This class focuses on a small wall hanging that will allow you to learn the very basics of the wonderful world of hand applique!

English Paper Pieced Grandmother's Flower Garden:

English Paper Piecing is a time honored technique dating back to at least 1813. It's wonderfully simple method for constructing intricate quilts with lots of perfectly matched points. Usually a one-patch, most commonly using hexagons, it might also be done using triangles, diamonds, squares or a combination. It's completely done by hand and can be assembled in modular unites so you can take it with you wherever you go, and make use of those idle moments.

Double Wedding Ring

Carol will teach the technique of this tradtional curved piecing. The Double Wedding Ring quilt is a spectacular display in any color palette and will be a wonderful showcase in any home or decor.

Everyone has just loved this jacket! And now you can have one of your own! Let Connie show you how easy this jacket is to piece. Connie will have the pattern available for purchase at the class.

Class Policy:

Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. You may also register by phone using a credit card. Class size is limited, so be sure to enroll early.

Supply lists are available at the time of registration. When the materials list is part of a pattern, or a pattern or book is required for class, each student is required to purchase their own copy of the pattern. Please Note: while we don't make it mandatory that you purchase your fabrics at our shop, please remember that by supporting our store, we are able to provide you with more fun & exciting classes.

We make a commitment to our teachers based upon your registration. Instructors are independent contractors. The scheduling, size and cancellation is left to the discretion of the instructor. Classes that are cancelled by the instructor will be refunded in full. Students wishing to cancel a class must do so one week prior to the start of the first class to receive a refund of the class fee. No refunds will be given after that time.
